The block Loen has been built on three floors, over three completely different decades. Three annual rings, each of which are very clear expressions of their time. In 1908, the first floor was completed, the second floor was completed in the late 1960s and as late as 2012 the third floor was added. In September 2017, the block Loen was classified as an environmental building in the class of silver. In Sweden, there are about 1 000 buildings with this certification.

Our high quality roller blinds are made to measure, at competitive prices. The Verosol EnviroScreen fabric helps prevent glare and has a 74% high reflection value (Rs). With an openness factor of 2% one can still enjoy the outside view, whilst the metallised back side of the fabric takes care of both reflection, glare and heat. The fabric is also certified with Oeko-Tex, Cradle-to-Cradle and GreenGuard. It is furthermore PVC free and Halogen free.
